Scottish Golf is committed to supporting the future of our game. Working with some exciting partners, we have developed a National Junior Framework to support clubs across six key pillars. Whether you are an affiliated club, registered coach, young player or parent, our platform provides an extensive range of programmes, events, resources and opportunities from across junior golf in Scotland.
LEARN TO GOLF
Learn to Golf is a dynamic five-stage junior coaching programme that has been developed in partnership with PGA coaches from across Scotland. Learn to Golf offers clubs a wide range of interactive tools, resources and merchandise to support them in retaining and developing more junior golfers.
GOLF IN SCHOOLS
Scottish Golf is committed to providing young people with more opportunities to engage with the sport both in their local community and at school. Through our work with a wide range of partners, we can support your club to benefit from improved school-to-club links.
EVENTS & COMPETITIONS
Scottish Golf is delighted to be working with a number of partners to bring together an exciting series of individual and team-based events to help keep your juniors engaged throughout the season.
FUNDING & SUPPORT
Scottish Golf’s new Junior Framework provides clubs with access to a number of funding opportunities. These range from support for coaching, sourcing junior equipment and improving school-to-club links.
Scottish Golf is fully committed to supporting our member clubs implement the highest standards of safeguarding across the sport through offering a wide range of services including our SafeGolf Accreditation programme.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
A range of training and education opportunities are available to support the development of those delivering junior golf at your club. These are available in a variety of formats including face-to-face, virtual classroom and through our online training platform, Hive Learning.
