Girls junior framework Terms & Conditions

By applying for Girls Junior Framework Club Programme funding, the Golf Club agrees to the following terms and conditions: 

 

  1. Declaration

 

1.1       The person completing the application has been authorised by the Club Management Committee/Council/Board to submit the application form online on their behalf. 

1.2       By submitting the application, the Club Management Committee/Council/Board declare that the information provided in relation to your club is true and complete to the best of their knowledge. 

1.3       All participants meet the entrance criteria for the Girls Club Programme (Information found in 2.4) 

 

  1. Eligibility

 

2.1       The Golf Club must be affiliated to Scottish Golf Ltd and have paid their 2026/27 affiliation fees or are up to date on an agreed payment plan at time of application. 

2.2       The Golf Club must be minimum working towards SafeGolf accreditation by 31 August 2026. Failure to do so, may result in your clubs funding being withdrawn. Subsequent applications for programmes in 2026 may not be accepted until such time as it is achieved. 

2.3       By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions the Club confirms that they are aware that Parental consent is required for all entrants and that permissions are also sought for any photography/images. 

2.4       Each club must be able to fulfil the outlined Club Commitments in the Girls Junior Framework document and look to create further opportunities for Girls’ Golf within your club. 

2.5       If for any reason throughout the season your club can no longer take part in the programme, the Participation Team must be notified at the earliest opportunity. 

 

  1. Girls Junior Framework Funding Offer

 

3.1        Payment of the grant is subject to the Golf Club complying with these terms and conditions. 

3.2        The grant may only be used for the agreed purposes as outlined in the application. 

3.3        No applications will be considered beyond the closing date (Information found in 3.5) at which point all eligible applications will be assessed against award criteria. 

3.4        Completion of the funding application is not a guarantee of funding. 

3.5       The closing date for the applications is 3rd of April or when we reach our maximum capacity for the programme. 

3.6       The decision of Scottish Golf Ltd is final. 

 

  1. Amount of Grant

 

4.1        Grants for Girls Club are available across three programmes: 

  • o   Get into Golf: up to £400 
  • o   Stage 1: up to £1000 
  • o   Stage 2: up to £1500 

4.2        The amount of grant paid will be decided by Scottish Golf Ltd based on the details provided. 

4.3        Golf Clubs may not receive any grant funding or be granted less than the full amount requested. 

 

  1. Payment Arrangements

 

5.1 The grant payment will be paid in full upon successful completion of the programme and completion of the Girls’ Club Evaluation Form. Funds more than £1,000 will be made in two instalments ([e.g. £500 at start, £500 upon submission of final report) by Scottish Golf. 

5.2       The club/facility will invoice Scottish Golf for the full amount. Invoices should be received within four weeks of the last session, along with the required evaluation information. 

5.3        Funds will be paid to the main bank account of the club/facility (and not to individuals or coaches). Payments will be via BACS and upon production of an evaluation and copies of relevant receipts if relevant. 

5.4        For the avoidance of doubt, upon receipt of Scottish Golf funds (assuming all Girls Club programme criteria are completed), it is the club/facility responsibility to pay the PGA Professional, to manage the on-going relationship and provision of services. 

5.5       Deadline dates for completion of programme and return of evaluation form are outlined within the Girls Junior Framework. Extensions on programme completion or evaluation form submission can be made if prior approval has been made by Scottish Golf. 

 

  1. Reporting

 

6.1       All clubs must report data through the manage players function within the Girls’ Club Programme section of the National Junior Framework by the 30 September 2026 to enable Scottish Golf to effectively monitor the programme. 

6.2     All clubs agree to assigning all participants to a Scottish Golf ID 

  1.  3      Failure tosubmitdata will result in your club being withdrawn from the Girls Club Programme and the funding allowance.

7.  Disclaimer/Consent 

 

7.1       Scottish Golf cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss of or damage to, equipment or personal possessions at any Girls Club programme sessions.
