GOLFNINES LEAGUE

The GolfNines League is a team-based competition that gives your juniors the experience of being part of a team and representing your club.

What is the GolfNines League?

The GolfNines League is a team-based junior golf programme which is an extension of the successful GolfSixes Legaues, maintaining the fun team-based ethos.

Following successful pilots and club-initiated fixtures, 2026 is the official roll-out of a structured GolfNines programme. 

Registration will open early in 2026 for clubs to form local or region-based leagues.

Team-Based Competition Supporting Retention and Development of Junior Golfers​

How does it work and who can take part?

The event is aimed at young golfers who hold a handicap of 18-36. Each fixture will consist of 4 junior players representing each club within the league.

Players will play pairs scramble over 9 holes. Pairings scores will count towards a team total to determine the placings in each fixture.
